WineSwiper TestFlight pilot

Pilot privacy notice

Last updated: 30 October 2026

What we collect and why

WineSwiper is responsible for this pilot waitlist. We store your email address, signup time, and IP address in a private CSV file. We use your email address to manage requests for TestFlight access, select pilot participants, and send invitations, practical instructions, and pilot-related updates. We use your IP address to help prevent abuse and investigate suspicious signups, based on our legitimate interest in securing the pilot. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

By requesting access, you consent to these pilot-related emails. We do not use your address for unrelated marketing or sell it. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Security and service providers

When enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals, and may process information outside the European Economic Area under Cloudflare's applicable transfer safeguards. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the waitlist and deliver pilot messages. If you accept an invitation, Apple processes information under its own privacy policy for TestFlight. This landing page has no advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting security logs may contain IP addresses and request metadata.

How long we keep it

We delete waitlist records when you withdraw consent or within 12 months of signup, unless you separately agree to continued participation. Restricted backup copies expire within 30 days. Security logs are retained for up to 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident.

Your choices and rights

To leave the waitlist, request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, email privacy@wineswiper.nl from the address you used to sign up. You may also reply to a pilot email. We normally respond within one month. You can complain to your local data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
